International Peer Reviewed Conference and e-Book

London 7-9 April 2016

The 2016 aae conference was themed around ‘Research based Education’ and was hosted by The Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, and ran from 7 to 9 April 2016.

The conference featured keynotes by Izaskun Chinchilla, Achim Menges, Lesley Lokko and Etienne Wenger.

At a pivotal time for architectural education, the conference brought together global innovators in education, research and practice to interrogate the diverse natures and interrelationships between these realms as they relate to architecture, and to discuss how and why they may evolve over the coming century.
